Terms and Conditions of Online Store

The owner of the online store is OÜ Aetós Invest (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”), (registry code 14644132), located at Suur-Jõesaare, Kohatu village, 76304 Saue municipality, Harju county, Estonia.

Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product, and Price Information

These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods. All prices are in euros.

The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when completing the order.

Information about the goods is provided directly next to the products in the Online Store.

Placing an Order

The merchant must base this on the specific purchasing solution of their online store.

To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in, and a suitable delivery method must be chosen. The total amount to be paid is then displayed on the screen, which can be securely paid using the following payment methods:

Estonian bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Citadele
Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to Merchant” button on the bank’s page.

Payments are mediated by Montonio Finance UAB. Payments are made securely outside the Online Store environment – via bank link in the respective bank’s secure environment and via credit card in Montonio Finance UAB’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank or credit card information. The contract comes into force from the receipt of the amount due in the Online Store’s bank account.

The owner of the Online Store is the controller of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance UAB.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the goods being out of stock or for another reason, the buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately but no later than 14 days after sending the notification.

Delivery

Goods are shipped worldwide unless specified otherwise in the product description.

The buyer has the following options for receiving the goods: Itella parcel machine, international post or picking up the goods in person.

The buyer bears the delivery costs, which are displayed next to the delivery method.

Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination within 5 business days from the conclusion of the sales agreement. International deliveries may take up to 21 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.

NB! Depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right to withdraw. Such products and services must be listed, and they must meet the conditions listed in § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.

To return the goods, a withdrawal form must be sent to the e-mail address raido@aetosinvest.eeno later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the returned product does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., wrong or defective product).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that they have handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

The Online Store will refund the buyer upon receiving the returned goods without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice, all fees received from the buyer under the contract.

The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided evidence that they have sent the item back, whichever occurs first.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to refund the cost that exceeds the usual delivery method.

The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are not eligible for return once they have been downloaded or accessed.

Right to File a Complaint

The Online Store is responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms of the contract or defects that existed at the time of delivery of the goods and which become apparent within two years of the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Refuting this presumption is the Online Store’s responsibility.

The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store regarding any defect within two months by sending an email to raido@aetosinvest.ee

The Online Store is not responsible for defects that arise after the delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund the buyer all fees associated with the sales contract.

The Online Store responds to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 21 days.

Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing

The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer.

The Online Store forwards personal data to the companies providing delivery services in order to deliver the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a desire to receive such direct marketing messages by entering their email address on the website and indicating their wish to receive direct mail notifications.

The buyer can opt-out of offers and newsletters sent to their email at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions provided in the email containing the offers.

Dispute Resolution

If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should be sent to the email address raido@aetosinvest.ee

If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be reviewed, and an application can be submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The buyer’s complaint is reviewed by the commission free of charge.

The buyer can also turn to the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
